Nanzanso is spread across an extensive area of 2600 square meters along mountain Genji and is divided into two buildings.
The main building has 11 guest rooms and an annex, which is a sukiya-style building with 22 rooms.
Each room in the annex has a distinct interior design, connected by the corridors. One can enjoy the natural beauty of seasonal plants in the quiet setting.
The annex guest rooms have been designed in the sukiya style, a typical Japanese architectural style.
You can experience the Japanese aesthetic of “wabi sabi,” which can be seen in the design of Japanese tearooms.
The detached guesthouses retain the old world charm of a romantic hot spa from the Taisho and Showa eras.
Requests for stay at the main building or at the annex are subject to availability.
Each room has a bathtub, but this is presently non-usable. Please come to the onsen to take a shower or to bathe. Only cold water is supply in the room.
